The Challenge

A large distribution warehouse in Durban's industrial area with a yard, multiple loading bays and isolated camera zones. Shift work ran around the clock across loading, storage and dispatch.
The Design
GTL installed 64 smart cameras, perimeter analytics, biometric access control on all doors and a central monitoring platform tied to the client's security team.
The Deployment
Rollout was sequenced around shift changes: perimeter cameras and the analytics server first, then biometric readers and door controllers per loading bay, with the central VMS configured so every entry left an auditable trail from day one.
